To return products, you must contact us at info@almutbelotejewelry.com or 407-203-0909 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") number before shipping your product. Custom and engraved items as well as special order items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

All sales are final after seven (7) days from the date of completed delivery. Special orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.
